Kayleigh Hay, PsyD
I work collaboratively with individuals who are struggling to attain the hopes and goals that they want for their life. Whether you are launching into a new phase of life or are learning to thrive with ADHD, feelings of pride and peace can often be accompanied by hurdles. In order to live an exceptional life, you may need guidance and clarity to allow for goal setting and decision making to occur. In addition, I provide behavioral and educational consultation services for parents experiencing struggles within the home/community settings and/or navigating through IEP/504 Plan processes.
Since earning a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, I have been providing psychotherapy and behavioral services to children, adolescents, and adults for the past 6 years. In addition, I performed diagnostic evaluations to rule out the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, and learning disorders. My background includes extensive work with children with ASD and providing parent education and advocacy services. Over the past few years, I became interested in doing more life coaching and consultation work. As a psychologist and certified Cognitive Behavioral (CB) life coach, with specialized training in ADHD, executive function skills, and parent consultation, I offer tools to narrow an individual's focus and discover which thoughts and beliefs are keeping them from achieving their goals. I also provide strategies for improving executive function skills and creating parent success plans.
